Singapore’s got GAME

Mr Even Tan, Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore said I’m an avid gamer, and I know that gaming isn’t just a leisure activity – it promotes creativity, teamwork and collaboration. At the gamescom asia conference, I spoke of how these values are imbued in the e-sports and e-gaming industries 

The e-sports and gaming markets are fast growing. Singapore is home to over 200 game developing and publishing companies. They add to our vibrant digital media sphere and provide good jobs for many, including Singaporeans who are passionate about gaming. Local gaming companies like Mighty Bear Games and The Gentlebros Pte. Ltd. have also made their mark internationally and done us proud.

We will continue to be open to global companies in the e-gaming and e-sports space and help our local talent become world class gaming creators!
